We're interested in contemporary life as captured and interpreted through word, picture, sound, video, and performance. DIY-Homemade-folk arts are best for our purposes as we believe it more accurately captures contemporary life than the alternatives.
Pataphysical Vibrations is an open resource for potentially anyone to exchange/distribute their art/ideas through. We're a small community of artists and everyday people who make these things happen. To us this a way to exchange ideas, works, and to create support for our homemade lifestyles.
We periodically produce OPEN CALLS for ANYONE to contribute to our creative potluck. Our Zine/Music Compilation is created entirely from community works donated by friends, neighbors, and strangers who stumbled across our announcements and feel inspired to respond. Like MAGIC we put it all together. It's a new way to communicate and learn together.
